Let Yourself Out to Play.

A Horse-powered Playdate for Grown-up Girls.

Join the herd at Liberty Lane Stables to loosen up, have fun and welcome more joy and curiosity into your life.

In today’s fast-paced and demanding world, it's easy to forget to take time to play. Many of us think play is just for kids. We think its frivolous or unproductive.

But it isn’t! Playfulness has many benefits for ALL humans at every stage of our lives. Embracing play as adults is not an indulgence. Play is essential for our well-being.

The science is in, and a stressed brain is not a productive, creative, happy or healthy brain. A stressed brain is stuck in survival mode. And we all deserve to thrive.

Are you ready to embrace the power of play?

Play is Powerful. What can play do for you?

  • Unleash Creativity and Imagination: Play provides a space to tap into your creativity and imagination, awakening a sense of wonder and curiosity.

  • Reduce Stress and Promoting Relaxation: Play offers a much-needed escape from the daily pressures and responsibilities of adult life.

  • Build and Nurture our Relationships: Participating in group activities or joining recreational clubs and teams provides opportunities to connect with like-minded individuals.

  • Keep our Brains Healthy: Playful activities that involve problem-solving, strategy, or memory exercises stimulate the brain, improving cognitive functions such as memory retention, attention span, and critical thinking skills.

  • Play is restorative and (gasp!) fun: Play allows us to reconnect with our inner child, bringing joy, laughter, and a sense of freedom into our lives.

Get ready to play, get curious, and rediscover fun in this transformative and joyful equine assisted learning workshop.

WHY HORSES?

Horses are powerful teachers. They help us see ourselves more clearly and show us how we can be better humans.

  • Horses are highly perceptive and they are always honest.  As prey and herd animals, horses are acutely aware of our emotional,  mental  and energetic states. They naturally perceive this information and immediately reflect it back to us, helping us to see ourselves more clearly.

  • Horses are unbiased and non-judgmental. Horses see and accept us exactly as we are, without judgment or bias. They challenge us to step up in a non-threatening way.

  • Horses live in the present moment. Unlike humans, who are easily distracted by their own thoughts and emotions horses live in the moment and can be with us 100%. They are excellent listeners.

And yes, you CAN do this. All activities with the horses during this workshop will be practiced on the ground. No riding or horse experience is necessary to benefit from this transformative experience.
